Based on the results of the inspection, we can help determine whether a claim should be filed. If you file, DHG Builders will be present on your behalf when your insurance provider is there to help with your claim.
DHG Builders will communicate directly with your insurance company on all aspects of your claim to ensure you are fully compensated for your damages and you do not incur any costs above the deductible set forth in your policy.
It is possible your insurance company may have only partially compensated you for your roofing, siding, windows and/or other items, or they may have fully denied your claim.
We understand how frustrating this can be. To ensure you have been treated fairly, DHG Builders will provide you with a complimentary property inspection to help determine whether more damages should have been covered. In the event that we feel that more compensation is necessary, we will communicate with your provider directly for a second insurance adjustment. Rest assured that you would not be required to pay another deductible, as it would still be covered under the original claim.
